DAS TEGERNSEE has 92 rooms, suites, and apartments with oiled wooden floors. Rooms offer separate living and sleeping areas, with balconies facing south for lake views. Other rooms view the mountains or courtyard. The rooms feature wood parquet and carpet, and marble bathrooms. Some suites include a rooftop terrace overlooking the Tegernsee. The Alpenchalets building offers apartments with views of Tegernsee and the mountains. Comfort Double Rooms in Wallberg building have balconies overlooking Lake Tegernsee. Quirin building provides rooms. Sengerschloss building has suites. All rooms include AM/FM alarm clock, flat-screen TV, and mini-bar. Ten charging points with 11 or 22 kW each are in the underground car park of the Alpenchalets for electric cars.

DAS TEGERNSEE has restaurants. Restaurant Senger, with a sun terrace, serves breakfast from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., lunch from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., coffee and cake from 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., and dinner from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., and is open until 11 p.m. The Biergarten provides regional dishes and Bavarian food. The Schlossbar is open daily from 5 p.m. The hotel uses ingredients for the culinary delights at Restaurant Senger. Every first Sunday of the month and on public holidays, a brunch is available from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.

DAS TEGERNSEE | Spa features 2,400 m² of facilities, including five saunas: a Finnish sauna (90°-95°), a forest sauna (60°-65°), a bio-aroma sauna (55°-60°), a steam bath (40°-45), and a panorama sauna (80°-85°). There are indoor and outdoor pools. The fitness zone is with Precor equipment. Guests can use DAS TEGERNSEE | Spa from 3 p.m. on the arrival day with check-in until 2 p.m. on the departure day. The panorama sauna is open from 12 p.m.

DAS TEGERNSEE is on the southern slopes of Tegernsee at 800m altitude and 95 km from Munich International Airport. Nearby landmarks include the Olaf Gulbransson Museum (1 km), Spielgolf Tegernsee (1 km), and Lake Tegernsee (2 km). The hotel provides walking and bike trails. It is located underneath the Sengerschloss. The lobby is in Haus Tegernsee. This hotel is not entirely barrier-free because of its hillside location. Cab companies can be used for short distance, for approximately € 5,00.
